What you need to consider with enamel?IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT ENAMEL – HANDLE WITH CARE Why Enamel? Enamel is a durable, heat-resistant, and easy-to-clean coating that protects the grill from rust and wear. It ensures a sleek appearance while offering excellent performance. Where to Be Careful: ⚠Avoid Impact & Scratches: Enamel is strong but can chip if hit with sharp or heavy objects. Handle with care! ⚠No Sharp Tools: Never clean with wire brushes, metal scrapers, or abrasive pads—they can damage the surface. ⚠Gentle Cleaning Only: Use mild kitchen cleaners and a soft cloth or sponge to keep the enamel in top condition. ⚠Temperature Changes: Avoid extreme temperature shocks (e.g., dousing a hot grill with cold water), as this can stress the enamel coating. By treating it properly, enamel ensures long-lasting protection and a premium look for years to come!

How do I fill the charcoal baskets? How to Fill the Charcoal Baskets Step 1: Simply pull the three baskets upwards to remove them. Step 2: Place a fire starter inside, fill the baskets to the top with charcoal, and light it from the bottom. Once the fire starter is burning, place the baskets back into the grill immediately. How It Works: The baskets function like a chimney—the embers heat the charcoal above, and after about 15-18 minutes, you're ready to grill. Note: Keep flammable objects away and be cautious of burn hazards! Make sure the ash collection tray is properly placed inside the grill before lighting.
-
How long can I barbecueThe grill can theoretically run indefinitely. The initial charcoal load lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on charcoal quality. When the charcoal level drops in the baskets, simply add a small amount using a metal scoop. Important: Regularly check the ash collection tray. If full, replace or empty it. Spare trays are available in our shop. ⚠Safety Note: Ash can remain extremely hot! Never dispose of it in a regular trash bin—use a designated fireproof container. The container itself can get very hot—protect yourself from burns. Store away from flammable materials. Stay safe and grill on!
-
How hot does the grill/charcoal get?Heat Warning – Stay Safe! The grill is fully insulated on the outer walls. However, the exterior surface near the charcoal baskets and front openings can become extremely hot. Please use caution and avoid touching these areas while the grill is in operation. Inside the grill, temperatures can reach 550°C to 800°C, depending on the quality of the charcoal. Always handle with care and use appropriate grilling tools. Stay safe and enjoy your grilling experience!

Are there differences in charcoalDifferences in Charcoal – What You Need to Know Not all charcoal is the same! The type of charcoal you use significantly affects heat, grilling time, and flavor. Here are the main differences: Lump Charcoal: Made from natural hardwood, burns hotter and faster, provides an intense smoky flavor, and creates less ash. Ideal for high-heat searing. Briquettes: Compressed charcoal dust with additives for a consistent burn. Burns longer and more evenly but produces more ash. Best for slow and steady grilling. Coconut Charcoal: Made from coconut shells, burns longer with less smoke and ash. A sustainable choice with mild flavor influence. Tip: For the best grilling experience, choose high-quality charcoal that suits your cooking style. Always store in a dry place to ensure optimal performance!
